Internship Scope (Duties & Responsibilities)

To support Changeover Cleanings Campaigns from the end of production to start of campaign’s start-up. Also, to track the equipment changeover cleaning in accordance with Quality and EHS standards until completion and release of the equipment to Production.

Involve in both quality and safety related manufacturing issues (QARs/IRSs) to identify, implement and monitor technical solutions for Cleaning issues.

Proactively monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in equipment Changeover cleaning to improve the RFT and changeover time.

Skills to be Developed
- Experience cGMP and GDP practices in pharmaceutical industries
- Gain knowledge in safety and quality standards
- Learn various equipment functions
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, understand, and forecast the impact
- Coordinate with other cross-function teams
- Develop good communication skills, including verbal, written and graphical representation

Basic Skill Requirements
- Engineering background is preferred
- Creative and innovative
- Willing to lead in projects
- Able to work with team
- Independent and motivated to self-learning

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
