
Senior Admin Co-ordinator

**Job Purpose**:
To support the Program Manager in the day-to-day operations that includes warehouse management, shipping, order administration and customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
**1) Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management**
a) Liaise with LSP enquiring and tracking of shipment status
b) Monitor Performance by LSP to meet the TAT for orders execution
c) LSP KPI monitoring to ensure agreed service level is achieved
d) Review and resolve any discrepancy with LSP
**2) Report and Finance Management**
a) Prepare monthly billing submission and validation of LSP invoices
b) Track and report monthly logistics billings
c) Prepare monthly reports
**Others**
b) Follow established standard processes and escalate exceptions to Business Owner Manager as appropriate
c) Work closely with other departments, customers and logistics partners to proactively seek options to meet and exceed customer expectations
d) Respond and resolve transactional customer issues and queries
e) Coordinate and update all Standard Operating Procedures
f) Creation and update of Job Orders in the tracking system
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant courses
- Logistics background on 4PL
- Relevant Working Experience in Warehousing/Store Management will be an added advantage
- Good organization and time management skill
- Good command of written and spoken English
