We would like to invite individual who likes to interact with people, and at the same time good in administration and management of training programmes to join us.

A Programme Executive (PE) is responsible for student recruitment, day-to-day operations management and administration of the training programmes offered by the Institute, including assigned student services.

The key duties of the PE is as follows:

- Liaise with teammates and other stakeholders to provide student recruitment and career counselling services
- Liaise with organisations/participants with regards to the programme delivery.
- Liaise with teammates and other stakeholders to provide student recruitment, orientation and admission.
- Manage expectations, feedback and enquiries from students/public on programmes offered.
- Assist in data collation, reporting and analysing department’s statistics and data
- Support the delivery of programmes and work with internal departments to fulfil other administrative duties as required, which include tasks related to finance, logistics, operations, marketing, etc.
- Participate in continuous performance review and work improvement process
- Any other duties as assigned by Team Lead / Supervisor or Head of Department.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in program management, student services, or a similar field is preferred.
- NITEC/ A-level / Diploma holder
- Proficient in Microsoft excel/word/power point
- Self-driven, resourceful, organised and meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Able to meet tight deadline
- Able to work well in a team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to learn and can adapt to changes.
