Our well-established insurance agency is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. We have a proven track record of success, being the top district in the entire AIA for 16 out of 30 years and having the most number of MDRT award winners. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Generate leads, prospect, and expand client base through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Stay informed about market trends, insurance products, and industry regulations to offer the best advice and guidance to clients.
- Review and analyze client's existing policies, identify gaps in coverage, and recommend appropriate updates.
- Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the consultation, policy servicing, and claims process.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive monthly salary of $3,000-$4,000.
- Uncapped commission structure.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
