**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise, manage and lead the department.
- Responsible for leading and executing Quality Management systems and quality processes (ISO9001/ ISO13485)
- Manage/ drive all TQM processes, audits, assessments and reviews with timely corrective actions.
- Handle internal, customer, Supplier and surveillance audits
- Interact with suppliers/ vendors on quality issues.
- Developing quality management systems to improve the standard of product or service being offered continually.
- Ensure proper subcontractors compliance and certification processes
- Act as facilitator (trainer) & assessor for various training programs in the organization.

- Minimum Degree in any technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of related experience. Prior experience in the precision engineering field is highly preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to communicate with Chinese associates.
