**Responsibilities**
- To provide network operation support during office hours from 8:30AM till 6PM daily (except SG public holidays, Sat and Sun) which includes network cable patching, testing and troubleshooting.
- To provide off-office hours support (including SG public holidays, Sat and Sun) where required such as attending activities which may potentially affect the DC (E.g. Fire Certification activities, activities which affect normal/e-source power..etc).
- To perform monitoring of data centre facilities and systems: BMS, EMS and IR Rack Power Management System
- To administer the creation, monitoring, and closure of server related change requests. Raising of Server Life Cycle Change requests such as: Server provisioning, Server relocation and Server decommissioning. This includes the creation, assigning and monitoring of all related tasks under these.
- DC Server/Appliance storage media destruction _(Disposal of dedicated storage racks/equipment to be handled by IT Storage Team). _Media destruction tasks under DC Ops includes the following:

- Recording of DC Server/Appliance storage media to be disposed
- Ensure that storage of these media is securely stored and consolidated for quarterly disposal
- Ensure that they are securely erased (if applicable)
- Schedule with IT Security to witness Quarterly media storage destruction
- To maintain data centre and server inventory, updating of Data Center physical inventory.
- To manage server IP address assignment.
- To perform routine data centre facilities inspections.
- To assist with data centre incidents, tasks, service requests or projects.
- To ensuring the security and cleanliness of data centre and its facilities.
- To escort vendors performing maintenance in data centre.
