Principal /Senior Architectural Assistant
You will be required to improve commuter experience in transit environment across the island by conducting site visits to understand how commuters use the existing signage system, trials and surveys.
You will supervise the delivery of signage in stations as well as reviewing and providing guidance to station designers for signage in stations
You will be coordinating all aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving colour, text formatting, typesetting and scaling images for final production base on submissions from consultants / contractors.
You need to manage both design and coordination works as well as handling and engaging multiple internal/external stakeholders including coordinating with vendors and contractors and ensuring desired quality is achieved within the project timeline. In addition, you will need to review prototypes and materials for updates including presenting to management and stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
Diploma/Higher NITEC / NITEC in Architecture, Graphic Design or other related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in a design and project coordination project management experience on site works coordination and workflow
Well-versed in Adobe CS, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Able to review drawings and submissions by consultants and contractors
Able to work in a multidisciplinary team and a good team player
Able to work independently to meet targets and deadlines
