**Your role**
- Are you a trader who is savvy about managing risk? Do your analytic and interpersonal skills help you figure out the value of a trade idea? We’re looking for an Emerging Markets Short Term Interest Rates Trader to:
- market make in Emerging Market Short Term Interest Rates (STIR)
- keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
- assist the team by enhancing the electronic platform and building spreadsheets for trading strategies
- facilitate client order flow by providing liquidity through internal capital or accessing third-party offerings
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits
- and compliance policies
- work closely with sales teams to provide trade ideas, market commentary and content in order to
- generate revenue and grow client business

**Your team**
- You’ll be joining the Global Markets Derivatives & Solutions franchise, specifically working in the EM STIR team in Singapore. We trade a range of interest rate products across the emerging markets, and provide advice, solutions and execution in a simple, intuitive and flexible way. As an EM STIR trader, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients identify and access the products and liquidity they need.

**Your expertise**
- at least 8-10 years experiences in a similar role
- know-how to price and trade own book of Asian currencies and rates products
- proficiency to build analysis spreadsheets for trade strategies
- interest rate analysis and modelling skills, with an ability to communicate trading ideas clearly
- bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business or other quantitative field,
- proactive, collaborative, motivated
