
Operations Executive

**Responsilibities**
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Regular interaction with Clients in building relationship and resolving operational issues.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise a team of operational staff, including Technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Ensure paperwork (eg. quotations, invoices) are performed in a timely manner.
**Essential Skills**
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication to convey instructions, collaborate with team members, and communicate with stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise in the day-to-day operations of a business.
- **Attention to Detail**: Detail-oriented to ensure that all aspects of operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- **Time Management**: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of SOR implementation
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience especially in M&E background
**Additional Information**
- No age limit
- 5.5 days working week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
