We have reach on average 10,000 people annually through our programs and hope to do more with our new technology platform.
We are looking for an Operations Executive to pioneer and imagine the future for better well-being at the workplaces, community and at home.

**Job description**
**Daily Operations**
- Assist the Operations Manager to manage and supervise projects
- Creation of calendar invites, online session, feedback link etc
- Ensure smooth delivery of programs with impeccable service to various internal and external stakeholders and oversee the day to day operations and the smooth delivery of the programmes.
- Collaborate with teams to facilitate projects, both internally and externally
- Manage and co-ordinate all logistics requirements to ensure the successful delivery of programmes and events.
- Providing support to trainers if required
- Sourcing and onboarding of trainers and vendors
- Oversee trainer and vendors’ scheduling
- Creation of collateral
- Handle all related administrative work.
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
**Reporting**
- Coordinate project data collection, monitor and track progress of projects, and report to Operations Manager
- Assist in preparation of monthly feedback reports, operating budgets and other relevant reports
**The successful Operations Executive should possess the following key traits and attributes**:
- Diploma in any discipline - Minimum at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Operations but those with less experience and mega passion will be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application for reports and preparation of presentation slides for monthly meeting.
- Tech Savvy - Open to learn any communication platform (Zoom, Webex, TEAMS etc)
- Strong interpersonal skill to interact with all levels of stakeholders such as clients on site, end users, and internal departments.
- Able to be a team player to assist the management team on the required inspections and reports.
- Self-starter with mínimal supervision needed on the operation ground
