We are looking for passionate individuals who are interested in both cyber security and software engineering As part of the team, you will work on developing advanced capabilities for cyber security services. You will be expected to take ownership of the work assigned to you and communicate with key stakeholders to map the developmental roadmap for your projects.

For this role, we are looking for a full-stack software engineer with a strong focus on backend and systems programming. You will own the projects that are assigned to you and have the autonomy to develop the project roadmaps to achieve business outcomes.

Your key duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Build and maintain advanced endpoint sensors on diverse operating systems including Windows and Linux
- Develop platforms and automation to deploy and manage endpoint sensors
- Develop backend data processing pipelines to process and analyse streaming data
- Propose innovative solutions to address cyber security use cases
- Design project roadmaps and perform project planning to achieve business outcomes
- Design and develop sensor deployment architecture in customers’ environments
- Participate in code and architecture reviews for developmental efforts
- Write complete technical documentation

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Cyber Security Engineer
- Hands-on experience in low-level systems programming
- Hands-on experience in C, C++ or Rust
- Hands-on experience in API or backend development
- Hands-on experience in frontend web development frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Demonstrated capacity to learn independently with mínimal guidance on new technologies

In possession of:

- Positive working attitude and good team player
- Critical thinking and contextual analysis abilities
- Ability to take initiative and propose solutions
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional partners and collaborate to deliver products and services

Preferred Skills and Qualities:

- Cyber Security knowledge or experience
- Experience with low-level systems programming or kernel programming
- Experience with the Python programming language
- Experience with data engineering
- Experience with Assembly language
- Experience with firmware development
- Understanding of computer networking
