**Roles And Responsibilities**:
The **Senior Manager - Digital Marketing, APAC** will build awareness and demand through online channels. We seek an experienced, tactical, hands-on manager focused on acquiring new customers, along with supporting other initiatives requiring digital marketing expertise. This role will report to the Marketing Director, APJ.
- Work with cross-functional team members (Creative Design, Sales, BDR, Marketing, Finance, Product) to orchestrate high-impact integrated online marketing campaigns.
- Work with the global marketing teams to optimize and localize global campaigns to ensure market relevancy.
- Nurture prospects and ensure that Marketing Leads are converted to Sales Opportunities.
- Ongoing project management of campaign execution across Marketo, and Salesforce, including data hygiene. Manage campaigns timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization.
- Develop custom messaging and assets as needed to drive the development of custom 1:1 account marketing programs that address specific customer challenges.
- Building and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the digital channels
- Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.
- Manage marketing budgets and generate marketing ROI to drive pipeline growth

**What You'll Need**:

- 8+ years exp as an experienced digital marketing practitioner with a proven tactical experience in driving demand through digital channels
- Hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably for B2B SaaS across SEM, affiliate, display, and paid social
- An experienced manager with a strong desire to collaborate in a supportive, accountable environment
- Ability to skillfully and confidently grow the digital function to support company revenue and growth targets
- Experience using multi-channel, multi-touch attribution to improve channel performance
- Extensive experience with digital media planning and buying including use of programmatic buying, direct buying through Google Adwords, Bing, and Yahoo. Experience with other digital channels a plus
- Deep familiarity with working with digital marketing execution platforms, agencies, content management providers, and digital analytics tools; including Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, and attribution tools
- Experience successfully managing third-party digital agencies to align to company strategy and goals and meet/exceed targets
