We provide two core services**:Strategic and Execution Advisory **and **Corporate Financial Advisory **.

In **Strategic and Execution Advisory **, we support clients in overcoming business challenges and achieving organic growth, focusing on strategy, cross-border negotiations, and business transformation.

In **Corporate Financial Advisory **, we assist clients in M&A transactions, offering services from sell-side and buy-side advisory to financial due diligence and post-merger integration. GPC focuses on cross-border deals ranging from USD 10 million to USD 50 million in Asia, providing end-to-end support for every transaction.

**Job Description
- Participate in all phases of executing sell-side, buy-side, and other structural transactions, with a focus on cross-border deals ranging from USD10 million to USD30 million, involving Southeast Asian clients or Japanese clients with business interests in Southeast Asia.
- Support the preparation of financial forecasts for acquisitions, restructurings, and financial reporting, while providing expert analytical insights on the validity of assumptions behind these forecasts.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate complex structures, including multiple share classes, geographic models, start-ups, and technology-driven businesses, assessing the value of businesses, equities, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments for acquisition, restructuring, and reporting purposes.Conduct field research, including site visits and interviews with industry stakeholders, to ensure the soundness and accuracy of assumptions used in financial projections.

**Job requirements**
- **Bachelor’s degree **in accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Economics or equivalent
- At least **one professional qualification **in finance/accounting/CFA/FRM
- Minimum of **2 years **of relevant work experience in transaction services or corporate finance field with a good understanding of corporate finance is required
- Minimum of **2 years **of experience working for MNCs and listed companies is required (as for the consultancy job career, minimum 2 years of experience assisting similar companies)
- **Experience of working overseas, or educational background graduated from an overseas university is strongly advantageous **. As this company's position within the Group is at the forefront of helping clients expand overseas from their home country to other markets, it is strongly recommended that all consultants in this unit have worked or studied abroad for an extended period outside their home country as part of their career.
- **High level of **verbal and written **proficiency **in **English and Chinese **is essential.
- Willing to **travel to Japan and ASEAN countries **(typically 1-2 times per month)
- Strong quantitative skills with an understanding of financial statements
- Strong grasp of business and intangible assets valuation concepts; proficiency in financial instruments valuation is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation/reporting skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
- Self-motivated and able to work independentlyStrong capability to manage multiple projects
