Seeking an Personal Assistant for a prestigious company in the financial industry. Working in a fun yet fast-paced working environment with all the young entrepreneurs and aspiring individuals who dare to dream big dreams and change their live and those they love

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional administrative support to recruiters. Prepare, maintain and manage interview schedules and correspondences.
- Help prepare existing clients and team mates reports
- Assist in monthly sports activities and collaborations with vendors.
- Source for marketing materials
- Design basic materials

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh Grad with no experience are welcome
- Detailed with good analytical skills. Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to multi-task and good time-management skills

**BENEFITS**:

**Salary**: Starting from $2,400

Schedule:

- 9am to 6pm
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Special bonus

**Salary**: From $2,400.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
