This position reports to the Deputy Managing Director, Butterfield Trust (Asia) Ltd and is responsible for providing marketing and administrative support to the Trust Services Team in the areas of user technology support, documentation and presentation development. Trust is a tradition at Butterfield, in every sense of the word. As the Bank’s fiduciary services subsidiary, Butterfield Trust offers trust, estate, company management and custody services. Across the Group, the Butterfield Trust team assists with the formation and administration of trusts, companies and partnerships for both private and corporate clients designing solutions that meet our clients’ requirements.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting the Trust Services team by reviewing client data and effectively updating Nav database to ensure accuracy of client and portfolio data.
- Supporting the business development team in the design, documentation, proposal packages and related presentations preparation and editing of new business.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly business development reports and presenting on behalf of the BTAL team in advance of local Exco and Board meetings.
- Filing and profiling of trust documents in a timely manner, ensuring that colleagues have all required documentation available when speaking with or presenting to clients.
- Accurately constructing written communications and preparing statutory documentation as applicable to the administration of Trusts and Companies to ensure the accurate recording of Trustees/Directors decisions.
