Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day administration (e.g. attend to client queries and maintain account documents)
- Assist the team with ad-hoc trust-related matters, including the preparation of bank account opening documents and transfer of trust assets
- Assist the trust relationship manager on new client trust set-up and initial asset injection, as well as the maintenance of relationships with related trust parties
- Conduct periodic review on trust accounts to ensure that they comply with all relevant policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, for example scanning documentation into the document management server, maintenance of trust documents, and other general office duties as may be required from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Relevant previous work experience in a trust company or law firm
- Familiarity with private family trust and good working knowledge of related trust documents
- STEP qualification would be a plus
- Diploma/degree holder in law, accounting, business administration or related discipline
- Fluency in verbal and written English (Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage)
