**Job Description**:
Due to our growth in Asia, we are looking for a Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a Consultant, you will help to build our expertise and guarantee the quality of delivery to ensure market-leading practices for our Singapore office, taking into account the global nature of our organization and our clients. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple client needs

As a consultant in the ESG/Climate risk team, you will be supporting the team in the identification of business opportunities, project planning, and high-quality project execution. You will be working on projects related to:

- Implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance strategies and processes
- Support the development of sustainable finance risk tools and ESG risk frameworks which will be a part of client go-to-market campaigns
- Support the development of innovative solutions across regulatory, risk, data, and decarbonization topics
- Developing and nurturing relationships with strategic clients through high-quality delivery of the projects
- Community building across the broader ESG and climate risk teams
- Collaborate with the global teams on sustainable finance tools and initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and experience required**:

- 4-5 years of experience in financial services, consulting for financial services and/or strong experience in sustainability and ESG solutions
- Experience and understanding of financial services in domains across risk management, preferably in climate risk and ESG
- High awareness of industry frameworks, research papers with deep knowledge in one or more domains ( i.e. decarbonization solutions, ESG regulations, ESG data, climate risk stress testing, sustainable finance product strategies)
- Passion for sustainability and climate risk through demonstrated continuous learning and experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
- Highly organized with demonstrated project management experience
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
