**Position Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled ESG Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with the ESG Manager, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and stay updated on global ESG regulations and frameworks. Provide recommendations to clients on regulatory compliance and help them meet evolving ESG requirements.
- ESG Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and research ESG trends to provide recommendations and support in the design of new product features.
- Project Management: Manage ESG projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Internal Reporting & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal reports, publications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to ESG trends and innovations.
- Business Development & Partnerships: Drive business development and partnership in the region through networking, and attending sustainability events and webinars.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainability consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of working on ESG reporting, compliance, and strategy development.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards, sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and environmental management systems.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, sustainability metrics, and reporting tools. Experience with ESG software platforms (e.g., AERA GHG Manager, EPIC) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ESG data and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French).

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with carbon accounting and sustainability reporting tools.
- Knowledge of global ESG trends, regulations, and policy developments.
- Familiarity with financial institutions' ESG integration and reporting.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, LEED, GRI Certified) are a plus.

Pay: $4,166.88 - $7,146.24 per month
