**SUMMARY**:
As part of our Sales team for SE Asia, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to maintain and grow Christie revenue and margin according to the mutually agreed upon targets within the constraints of the organization and the market.
Specific attention should be applied to:
- Review existing sales channels with the goal of increasing revenues through these channels and develop other avenues to achieve market growth for Christie products and services
- Sales growth in line with regional and management expectations
- Forecasting accuracy for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual periods
- Channel establishment and management
- Representation and promotion of the company at major external exhibits and shows
- Maintain and upkeep of CRM system for Asia Pacific
**SUCCESSFUL PROFILE & EXPECTATIONS
- Preferably with 2-3 years of sales background in SE Asia as Sales Admin experience in a MNCs envrionment
- Knowlege of CRM system and JD Edwards would be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, business administration or equivalent
- Must be committed, service oriented and adapt quickly to market demand with integrity and objectivity.
- Ability to develop negotiate with potential and existing clients
- Ability to adapt and understand multiple cultures; communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- There will be travelling opportunities within SE Asia.
**RESPONSIBILITIES IN DETAILS
- Provide sales support to customers and Cinema team.
- CRM data management with best practices - running regular data audit, eliminating unresponsive contacts, real-time data entry
- Track progress in CRM - validating marketing leads.
- Develop quotations and manage price list.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Interface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners
- Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
