**Key Responsibilities**:
**Level Up Customer Experiences**:

- **Be the face of YO MAMA**:Greet customers with a smile and positive vibes.
- **Become a product expert**:Know our products inside and out and share your passion with customers.
- **Find the perfect fit**:Help customers discover products they'll love, offering personalized recommendations.
- **Master the art of the sale**:Process transactions smoothly and efficiently while building strong customer relationships.
- **Be a problem-solver**:Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a can-do attitude.
- **Own Your Squad**:

- **Keep the store looking sharp**:Assist with visually appealing displays and ensure the store is always clean and organized.
- **Stock up and stay stocked**:Help receive and stock inventory, keeping shelves full and ready for customers.
- **Stay on top of trends**:Assist with price changes and markdowns to keep our products fresh and exciting.
- **Maintain a safe and fun environment**:Contribute to a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
