Hosted by **Durga Poonambalam**, founder of WriteHaus and author of **Fandi: Honour & Sacrifice**(the **bestselling biography**of local football icon **Fandi Ahmad**), the show features honest, long-form conversations with **business leaders**, **notable personalities**, and **human interest**voices from across the **region**.

In just **8 months**, **OpenHaus**has crossed **1 million**views and is now featured on **Singapore Airlines’ international in-flight entertainment**. With **brand partners**like **Singapore Flyer**and **Sephora**, we’re **growing fas**t — and we’re **looking**for someone to **grow with us**.

As **Podcast & Social Content Manager**, you’ll be involved in **every part**of the podcast and content process — from **booking guests**and **planning visuals**to **rolling out campaigns**, **building community**, and **supporting partnerships**. It’s a **hands-on**role where you’ll **blend creativity with strategy**, and where your work will play a **real part**in shaping how **OpenHaus grows**.

**Your Role**

**Podcast Planning & Guest Coordination**
- Source and manage guests — including outreach, scheduling, and briefing
- Work with the host to shape episode themes and discussion flows
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth, on-time production

**Content Creation**
- Design visuals for YouTube thumbnails, Instagram carousels, and LinkedIn posts
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Create intro/outro videos, audiograms, highlight clips, and teaser reels
- Support filming sessions: setup, lighting, and framing

**Strategy, Social & Campaigns**
- Build and manage a weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify
- Propose fresh content angles based on guest stories, social trends, and performance insights
- Manage rollouts tied to each episode, brand feature, or social campaign

**Marketing, Sponsorship & Partnership Outreach**
- Liaise with guests, sponsors, and brand partners for co-promotion and campaign coordination
- Support the development of branded segments, midrolls, and social visibility
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential collaborators, sponsors, and cross-promotion partners
- Contribute to OpenHaus' growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building

**Performance & Analytics**
- Track podcast downloads, social engagement, and video views
- Prepare monthly content performance reports with key insights and recommendations
- Use data to guide content improvements and test new strategies

**What We’re Looking For**
- We’re looking for someone reliable, creative, and detail-oriented — someone who can spot what needs to be done and make it happen.
- You’ve had 1-3 years of experience in content creation, podcasting, or social media work
- You’re comfortable designing and editing with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- You write clearly and know how to craft good captions, notes, and copy that fit the tone
- You’re organised, manage your time well, and take pride in doing things properly
- You’re the kind of person who notices the details and follows through
- You’re curious about partnerships and have a good sense of how to support a brand
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
