OAP is currently looking for a Commercial Assistant to assist Senior Commercial Manager.
- Job Description
Main Responsibilities and tasks:
The role as Commercial Assistant has four main areas of responsibilities:
1. Lead social media for Orkla’s brands in Singapore
- Create and implement social media strategy.
- Plan and deploy social media calendar to support business initiatives, and improve key indicators.
- Content development and localization.
2. Explore online business opportunity with possible promotional initiatives.
- Support to identify online enablers for Orkla’s business in online platforms, includes marketplace, customers’ online stores, Amazon.
- Develop online initiatives to direct traffic and drive sales conversion for those platforms.
3. Manage end to end operations of marketing activities and new product launch
- Plan development and implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for marketing materials design and on-time delivery.
4. Sales and marketing reports
- Data input, includes PO, DO, shipment upon receiving.
- Maintain and update monthly sales report.
- Update inventory
- Prepare invoice upon receiving of PO
- Prepare statement of account and help with account receivable management
Criteria for evaluation
- Individual goals and KPIs according to mutual agreement with direct manager
Education level, degree etc.
- Marketing related education background
- Active in social media with robust online shopping experience
- Experience in content development
Personality traits and abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to set targets, plan and prioritize
- Customer directed and consumer centric
- Initiative-taker and enterprising
- Solution oriented team player with positive attitude
Language skills
- English (verbally and in writing)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per month
