**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Retail Associate, overall in charge
- Preparation and updating of duty roster to ensure accuracy
- Coach and train Retail Associates, conduct daily briefings
- Manage and improve the SOP and procedures related to inventory management at the assigned stores level.
- Provide excellent customer service and communications skills
- Attend meetings and conferences with management
- Any ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Retail Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years retail experiences
- Able to commit rotating shifts when scheduled (Weekends, Public Holidays)
