Pondok Selera by Nurul Hidayah is a growing catering brand known for delivering authentic and diverse cuisines including Nusantara, Indian, Oriental, Western, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and local favourites. We provide daily meals, buffet setups, and full-service catering for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.

We are looking for a motivated and driven **Sales Representative** to grow our client base and increase bookings for our catering services. This role is ideal for individuals who are hungry to succeed and want to earn based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach new leads across industries: corporate, industrial, weddings, events, and more
- Promote and sell our catering packages (buffet, bento, weddings, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client meetings, tastings, and presentations
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and commissions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales (preferably in F&B, events, hospitality, or catering)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to travel for meetings or tastings if required
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Knowledge of the local catering market is an advantage

**Compensation**
- **Base Salary**: Starting from **$800/month**:

- **Commission**: Attractive tiered structure - earn **10%-15% per sale**:
