The Architectural Draughtsman is responsible for

preparing the shop drawings,fabrication drawings,

as built drawings, cutting list for fabrication and

other supporting drawings to site and

production.These are window, door,glass, curtain

walling and cladding.He/She works closely with

construction professionals in the industry to provide

designs, sketches, plans and analysis of design

projects. He/She may specialise in a type of

aluminium facade.

Estimating material and hardware for purchase

purposes.

~ Coordinate all architectural drawings and works,

prepare, submit and update status of shop

drawings & As-Built submissions and material

approval.

~ Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers,

M&E Engineers, and Sub-contractors to resolve

construction problems and issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

~ Produce variations of architectural designs to be

reviewed by engineers and architects for

correctness, technical accuracy and adherence to

architectural graphic standards.
