The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural and engineering principles, with the ability to conceptualize and create detailed structural plans using AutoCAD and Revit. They must be highly organized, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Job Description:

  • Preparation and Drafting: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting structural plans using industry-standard software. This includes creating multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • BIM Tools Proficiency: A good understanding of BIM tools including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential. The candidate should be able to proficiently use these tools to produce complex models and drawings.
  • Problem-Solving: The Structural Draughtsman BIM Coordinator will be responsible for identifying discrepancies in models and drawings, highlighting missing information or potential issues to the project manager. They must also propose solutions to resolve these discrepancies.
  • Supportive Collaboration: This role requires strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least an ITE / Diploma in C&S Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Singapore Consultancy firm for the Junior position, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Senior position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
