Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter to ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.What Will You Do To ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. To collaborate and coordinate internally and externally with other discipline's design changes and model changes. To develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform. To coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools. To attend coordination meetings with Project Consultants and coordinate with BIM Coordinators of other disciplines. To be responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build. To carry out proper procedures and preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue and authority submission of the project assigned. To prepare production of shop drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required. Responsible for document control of submissions (Technical data, shop drawings, as-built). To maintain records for changes and updates on drawings. To develop shop drawings according to the schedule. To produce Architectural Drawings, Draw/Amend/Update/using AutoCAD according to specs, coordinate with the project departmentWhat Do We Want Must have at least a Diploma or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field. Having strong knowledge of AutoCAD. Having good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations and proficiency with the latest Singapore BIM Guidelines. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
