**Responsibilities**:
Relationship Management - Origination of new clients and management of e
- isting MMF clients for the Asia region.
- Client Pitches - Prepare high quality presentations and pitches to clients, ensuring clear value propositions and tailor-made solutions. Transactional Eecution - Assist with the structuring and e
- ecution of transactions by collaborating closely with key stakeholders i.e., clients, product, risk, legal, compliance, operations etc.
- Credit Analysis - Build/test financial models, perform financial analysis, including debt structures and business valuations. Fostering Commercial Growth - Support the growth of ING’s wallet share of au
- iliary businesses (including Financial Markets, Transaction Services, Capital Markets & Advisory).
- Market and Industry Research - Stay updated on fast evolving market trends and battery value chain developments to support strategic decision making, prepare market summaries and presentation materials.

**What we're looking for**:
3 - 6 years prior e
- perience in the financial services sector, ideally with a structured project finance background (modeling capability, documentation skills). In depth knowledge and e
- perience financing the metals and mining, battery material segment, and or EV sector. Strong financial, analytical (including Microsoft E
- cel modelling) and credit skills, with an eye for detail, and deep interest to find out more.
- Resourceful and willingness to work with clients / stakeholders for solutions.
- This position requires a high level of proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Korean. This is essential for interacting with clients from those regions, who primarily speak Mandarin or Korean.
