**Responsibilities**:

- Support day to day operations issues and requests.
- Involve and conduct Disaster Recover exercise.
- Comply with the IT standards and policy.
- Good analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Quick learner with ability to work within a team or independently.
- Experience in Data Conversions from multiple sources (Flat Files, CSV, ASCII, ) to AS400.
- Provide services to program new and/or modify existing customized objects.
- Provide production support and to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Provide superior customer service to the client clients, including response to incidents, proactively notifying customers of issues, and assessing and communicating business impact.
- Resolve IT Incidents through resolution and as a point of contact.
- Implementation of software and hardware projects within budget timeline and scope definitions.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
- Proficiency in IBMi (AS/400) technologies - RPG, DB2/400, CL, SQL.
- Experience and understanding of Production support and Performance engineering.
- Strong Technical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Strong Individual contributor.
- Ability to work in Team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage and meeting audit requirements.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented, fast learner and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong Analytical skills.
