**Summary**
- Responsible for establishing and implementing innovative analytical procedures, tools and best practice

- Oversee performance evaluation and training of an effective analytical team
- Guide the development of predictive models, machine learning algorithms and statistical analyses
- Stay updated on the latest data science tools and technologies to adopt and participate in identified analytical best practices and initiatives
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and provide analytical support to those priorities
- Oversee the execution of data analytics projects from conception to completion, to ensure accurate, timely and useful analytics are delivered on time and with good quality
- Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements (e.g., improve patient care, operational efficiency, data analytics literacy, etc.)
- Evaluate innovative analytical methods for inclusion in the analyst toolbox
- Provide prompt feedback to supervisor in anticipation of work-related problem.
- Perform duties as requested by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the department.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research or Sciences
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science or analytics
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Pytorch, TensorFlow)
- Knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) and cloud computing (e.g., AWS)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
- Passion for improving healthcare through data-driven solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,800.00 per month
