**Job scope**:

- Responsible to engage with business and technology partners for analysis, planning, requirements gathering by working with internal and external customers.
- Work closely with business and stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, ensure all business scenarios permutation are covered.
- Develop and document clear and detailed process maps, business requirements, workflows, test plan, test cases, training document and user manual.
- Review and validate deliverables from development team and quality assurance resources against requirements and provide feedback.
- Coordinate roll-out of enhancements on digital platforms and operational processes.
- Assist with project management on digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify issues and risks during and post project phases for resolution.
- Manage projects/enhancements and daily business operational activities.
- Assist to drive platform performances, identify issues, or pain points, and develop improvement roadmap.
- Take charge in business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, or equivalent profession.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on large and complex projects.
- Exposure to Single Sign On or ID management, Unified Endpoint Management, digital KYC, Transaction Signing, etc.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong leadership, business/stakeholders engagement skills.
- Proven ability to develop high quality business requirements documentations.
- Experience in working with digital projects.
- Strong customer mindset in designing processes and solutions.
- Experience in managing and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence to constantly push the boundaries.
