**Senior Marketing Coordinator**:
**SUMMARY**:

- Our client who is a global play and entertainment company is currently looking to fill the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator for their brands to support the marketing efforts of its toys and games products across Singapore.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Product Management**
- Liaise with Regional/Global teams for all product set-up requirements and to ensure data accuracy
- Update and maintain key marketing materials, product information & sell sheets and shape of the lines documents

**Marketing Activation**
- Assist in executing marketing strategies and plans
- Assist the development & execution of our client’s media and social media content
- Perform ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned
- Assist in media, PR relations and seeding as requested

**Data/Analysis**:

- Category competitive analysis and tracking on ongoing basis, including retail visits and summaries
- Regular insight/data pulls on industry, category, company, brand, etc
- Support in bespoke local market research projects as needed
- Support in post-campaign analysis as needed

**Finance**
- Driving coordination between vendors and admin to ensure PO’s flow through once approved

**Other Projects**
- Support the Brand Team in the delivery of other ad-hoc projects within budget and timelines
- Support in the delivery of other items, if required and relevant

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a tertiary level pass in numeracy and literacy competence
- Experience in administration and coordination from a fast-moving organisation
- Experience in handling multiple tasks and project management
- Experience of working with numerical data
