**Human Resources Director, ASEAN - Your future position?**
The Director of Human Resources (HR) ASEAN will report to the Regional Head HR APAC Taste and Wellbeing. In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

- Act as an HR Business Partner supporting the business agendas for F&F (Flavours and Fragrances) and Shared Services in ASEAN by building and nurturing the effective relationship with key business stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the sub regional business strategy as a member of the regional leadership team in F&F in ASEAN across commercial and ops organization
- Develop and execute a HR strategy in alignment with business strategy and the global HR strategy ensuring ef-fective talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention strategies are developed and executed
- Actively work on short, mid and longer term talent and succession planning to build a strong and sustainable sub-regional organization both for the business and HR
- Build, lead, inspire and develop a strong sub-regional HR organization
- Ensure key HR initiatives are effectively communicated and executed in the sub-region
- Act as a custodian of HR policy and practices in Singapore where Asia Headquarter is located
- Manage the sub-regional HR budget
- Develop effective relationships and ensure good alignment with HR stakeholders in regional and global COEs, HR project leads and other regional HR leaders
- Keep up to date and adapt as required to external HR trends, market practice and competitive actions.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- University degree preferred or equivalent experience
- More than 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development within South East Asia
- 5 years of experience in management role is preferred
- Track record of managing, developing and motivating team members and driving teams to meet organizational objectives
- Deep knowledge of functional HR processes
- Problem solving skills
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement
