**Join BIONIC BUSINESS AUGMENTATION, a young modern technology led professional services company that aspires to help business owners use cloud-tech to internationalize and grow. We started in China and Singapore and are now expanding to 9 countries including Japan, Indonesia and Australia.**

Its up to you if you want to manage a full set of accounts or be a social media expert to attract new clients; there are many ways to grow this business and we believe that your personal goals and passion will be necessary for our success

We forsee a typical day including:

- assisting partners in the formulation and implementation of business development strategies
- embedding a cross-practice, client-oriented approach to new business, across our overseas subsidiaries
- drive firm-wide or regional BD initiatives within the Asia
- Assist in the preparation of pitches and proposals, working with partners on pitch strategy and approach
- Seek new digital channels and social media to deliver strong key selling messages
- Use data for insights to keep abreast of client issues to enable proactive identification of business opportunities
- Will be business fluent, with verbal and written communication skills

About 2 years background within a professional services organisation
Be an effective team-player & have interpersonal skills
Be tenacious, with the energy and passion to drive new business initiatives, influence partners and analyse and deliver results
Have organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timescales
Knowledge of client management and related systems useful
Be committed to a process of continual improvement
