**Senior Performance Marketing Strategist**

Travel & Hospitality Sector | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | Singapore | up to $95,000 per annum.

Are you a digital media or performance marketing planner or strategist looking to really focus mainly on creating campaigns & ideas vs spending time activating them in platform? If yes, this could be the opportunity for you.

**Let me tell you about the role...**

It's an opportunity to work for a recession proof business, who hold an enormous amount of data on the travel industry. They have a separate team who work closely with brands looking to execute insight led digital media campaigns and attract bespoke audiences within this industry.

The role is a standalone position and will be supported by a team of over 20, however the difference between you and them, is that they spend their time activating campaigns across Paid Search, Social & Programmatic. You on the other hand will be spending your time working with clients & devising ideas across these channels, building innovative & strategically thought-out campaigns.

This is one of two roles within the team, so you'll have a partner who will work on different clients, but you will support one another on adopting new planning methods and bouncing ideas off each other.

**What's the required background...**
- Previous planning & buying experience across digital.
- Specifically Paid Search, Paid Social & Programmatic.
- Previous media agency or digital agency experience is ideal, but not a must if you have the right skills in a different environment.
- 4 years’ worth of knowledge in this space, with two of those client facing minimum.
- One eye for innovation and strategic thinking.
- Previous experience in platform to ensure your ideas get off the ground with the buyers in the team.
