LawNet Technology Services (LTS) is the technology company behind LawNet, Singapore’s leading portal for legal research, information and transactions. LTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL), a promotion and development agency for Singapore’s legal industry. In addition to running LawNet, LTS manages the technology driving SAL’s support services for Singapore’s legal industry and statutory functions such as stakeholding services and appointment of Senior Counsel, Commissioners for Oaths and Notaries Public.

Led by a Board of Directors who understands both the capabilities of technology and the needs of the legal profession, LTS continues to develop bold and innovative products and services that will better serve the needs of the legal community.

**YOU WILL**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations for the digital workspace (manage vendor's performance).
- Manage, coordinate and develop all workspace services including the tracking of SLAs for the service desk and end-users' device management.
- Develop end-point protection, end-user voice and other workspace technologies alongside the security teams.
- Engineer solutions such as modern management, mobile device management, network, servers, end points, virtualized platforms, and meeting room technologies.
- Implement endpoint lifecycle management tools & processes
- Maintain knowledge on new technologies and platforms and provide direction on what emerging technologies should be assimilated and integrated.
- Implement monitoring tools and associated processes to maintain high availability of workspace technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed systems documentation for support, clear and compelling communication artifacts to drive alignment and buy-in
- Strong knowledge of the digital workplace product landscape and underlying IT solutions (Cloud office O365, file sharing and collaboration solutions, telephony, conferencing and mobility).
- Assist in IT resourcing, budgeting and asset management:

- Assist in managing the overall asset life-cycle process.
- Assist in the policy development and standards to ensure high quality and cost-efficient delivery of the services.
- Assist to prepare and develop annual budget for IT infrastructure, EUC, subsidiaries and security for consolidation into cluster budget.
- Assist in IT Infrastructure, EUC and security procurement including selection and award.
- Assist and monitor procurement cycle and expenditure to be aligned with the budget.

**YOU HAVE**:

- At least a diploma in Computing/ Computer Studies/ Information Systems/ ICT or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365
