**Senior Data Analyst JD**

Castlery is looking for a **Senior Data Analyst** to join our **Supply Chain, Strategy and Intelligence **Team.

As part of our **Supply Chain Strategy and Business Intelligence** team, your role as a **Senior Data Analyst** will be reviewing data to identify key insights into a business's customers and ways the data can be used to solve problems. You'll also communicate this information to the Castlery's leadership and to the other relevant stakeholders.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead the implementation and administration of Microsoft Power Platform products.
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality data models and reports in Power BI.
- Work closely with various departments to solve their problems with advanced statistical modelling technique and decent Python/ R programs.
- Work closely with data and software engineering teams to design data layers and data pipelines.
- Drive data infrastructure improvement initiatives to keep data stack modern and productive.
- Democratise data analysis by preparing clear documentations and regular training.
- Own Castlery’s data analytics road map and be the go-to expert in everything data related.

**What You’ll Need**
- University degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other equivalent degrees with outstanding record of academic achievement.
- 3 year of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in Power BI administration and development, including DAX/ Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data modelling, and data architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, pytorch, etc.).
- Passion for solving challenging problems by leveraging on the right technology.
- Effective in identifying issues and opportunities by using data correctly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to deliver complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
