**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Providing 1st and sometimes 2nd line support to all Sime Darby Motors sites hardware and software.
- Escalate to support parties’ issues and manage the outcome.
- Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
- Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support.
- Ensures that incidents are handled according to agreed procedures.
- Prioritises and diagnoses incidents. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution. Escalates unresolved incidents.
- Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents. Documents and closes resolved incidents.
- Contributes to testing and improving incident management procedures.
- Perform hardware and software installations on new and existing desktop and laptop computers.
- Assist with the administration of the Company Phone System
- Reports on progress and resolves issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest computing trends, technologies, and best practices.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / Professional Qualification
- Degree/Diploma/NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Technology Operation: ITIL
- Modern work: Office 365
- Infrastructure and Network: Windows OS, Windows Servers, Cloud Technology (Azure, AWS, Google), IOT, Virtualisation, Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac OS.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualification with 1 to 3 years’ experience
- 1-5 Years relevant working experience in the respective technology domain Background in Technology Customer Support functions
