Currently, we are looking for **Application Support Analyst **which would be based in Singapore

**Responsibilities and requirements**
- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
- Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g. Python, Shell Scripting)
- trong knowledge in SQL for database management and querying
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog)
- Experience in IT infrastructure and workflow automation
- Good troubleshooting skill
- Good written, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Keen and open to learn new technologies
- Must have experience in **Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Cloud resource management
