Senior Sales Operations Advisor
Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes - from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Sales Operations Advisor, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
You will:
- Support Business Analytics & Opportunity tracking for Services Sales for South Asia & AEM
- Run-The-Business and BMS for Services Sales
- Outlook management including Non Tied Services Outlook
- Drive sales behavior through trainings, contests, programmes and enablement
- Measure Sales effectiveness and quota attainment for Services Sales
- Gap Analysis & tactical business recovery plans for areas not doing well
- Strategic / Stretch Goal setting, tracking and reporting
- Communication including Executive decks and presentations
- Business Alignment with GBO teams
- Strong participation in exec reviews - Readiness, Ops, BMS, Focus Reviews
- Driving Sales tools usage via training and enablement - SFDC, Vitals etc.
- Enabling tools and transitions
- Creating and managing Sales contests
Skills Sets
- Understanding of Dell’s business (knowledge about Services business is an added advantage)
- Strong Excel, Powerpoint skills
- Strong analytical skills (including using tools such as PowerBI)
- Business Acumen & Financial Acumen
- Strong people skills
Experience & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Marketing / Finance / Operations (GBO) / Sales / Sales Operations
- Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred / MBA preferred)
