Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Advisor. This role will be responsible for supporting the International Business unit in driving technical engagement for our Digital C4 product portfolio.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solutions based on Digital C4 product offerings
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and clients to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions across defence, public safety, and mission-critical communications domains
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare and present technical proposals, RFQs, and solution briefs
  • Conduct customer demos, product showcases, and proof-of-concept testing
  • Perform site surveys and assess system configuration needs
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, diagrams, and presentation material
  • Stay current with industry and technology trends, especially in wireless comms, networking, and edge systems
  • Support system integration and testing during pre-sales engagements
  • Provide training and post-sales technical support to internal teams and clients
Core Skillsets & Experience Required:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications
  • 1-3 years of pre-sales or solution design experience in the telecommunications/ICT domain
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, including Mobile Communications (LTE/5G), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), and Line-of-Sight (LOS) Systems
  • Hands-on experience with customer demonstrations, technical evaluations, or proof-of-concepts
  • Familiarity with RF, wireless, and networking test tools, such as Spectrum Analysers or Network Traffic Monitoring Tools
  • Ability to translate customer needs into solution architectures and technical proposals
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation and system diagrams
