Content Director

**Content director - animation**:
The content director is the critical role in Click2View. Its function is to help our clients create great content to serve their business needs. Customer service and excellence in content creation are the two goals. Each content director is expected to run their own practice, in this case animation, within the business, manage their clients, oversee their projects and build that practice according to their comfort level - giving the content director the freedom to operate as a one-person outfit within the wider support structure or build a team and work directly with them, as allowed by the amount of business they are doing.

For the content director animation we're looking for someone who can work with clients to develop concepts for animated content, both 2D & 3D in a range of styles, budget for production, write proposals, write scripts, direct and oversee production with a global network of animation studios. You will work with two other content directors in the animation team and have the support of a customer success manager and our in-house creative team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience required in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and within a small, diverse, fast-paced agency environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Past experience or be comfortable working across projects spanning video production, animations, virtual events, social media and editorial content

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and/or oversee final quotes going out.
- Develop relationships with clients to help them create content to serve their business needs.
- Build creative content proposals and executes on those plans once approved.
- Work with the Customer Success Manager to ensure that:

- Customer inquiries are responded to promptly
- Quotes and proposals are delivered in a timely manner
- Work is completed according to timelines
- Invoices are sent as per agreed milestones
- Post-mortems are completed and feedback captured and reported
- Keep the project costs and hours under control.
- Oversee the customer success manager working for them, or a group of content directors.
- Keep a database of their key business and client contacts and maintains regular contact with them, including weekly CRM outreach.
- Entertain and network with business partners.
- Take on executional responsibilities in the content creation process when necessary or appropriate (depending on the nature and scope of project work).
- Work with our project management software regularly to prove close-to-real-time visibility on lead & project management and internal tasks.
- Keep up to date with trends in content production, communications, digital and marketing.
- Contribute to C2V's content marketing.
- Post professionally relevant social media content on appropriate social media channels.
- Oversee the commercial performance of the assigned Key Accounts against annual revenue targets and ensuring client service quality across all projects with allocated accounts.
