As a dynamic software development company, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst. This role involves understanding business requirements, and translating them into effective software development projects. You'll be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Identify, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Work closely with software developers to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Develop and implement effective reporting tools as needed.
- Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the software solutions meet the requirements.
- Facilitate training, project management, and quality assurance activities as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven working experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, project coordination, and project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for turning complex business problems into actionable software development plans.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
