**Job Role: - Cloud Network Engineer**

**Experience and Skills**:
Ø To provide level 3 support and to ensure a professional and consistent delivery of quality service to Infosys customers and achievement of operational targets

Ø 6-10 years of Network experience, 3-4 year of cloud exposure is must.

Ø Good network support, knowledge and experience

Ø Service oriented, customer focused with good customer service skills.

Ø Good networking/communications background.
- **Mandatory**
- Experience in Core Cloud Networking infrastructure, hybrid networking connections, load balance traffic, network routing, private access to services, network security and monitoring.
- Understanding of Application Gateways, Firewalls, Express Routes, Peering connections, cloud design, architecture, and services
- Extensive Network experience in LANs, WANs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and networking concepts, including IPSec VPNs, DNS, BGP.
- Basic understanding of SD-WAN Technology.
- Deep understanding in at least one of the major cloud providers (wrt to network): Azure (preferred) or AWS
- Understanding of Terraform and Git is a must.
- Aviatrix understanding is an added advantage.

Ø Good interpersonal skills.

Ø Ability to carefully plan and co-ordinate work according to a demanding time schedule

Ø Good time management, organizational and communication skills.

Ø Service oriented, customer focused, and have the ability to resolve complex - problems through a calculated and methodical approach.

Ø Ability to work under pressure

Ø Ability to deal with multiple tasks.

Ø Proactive, self motivated and determined attitude.

Ø Problem solving skills.

**Education Qualification**

Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

**Certifications**

Ø CCNA, CCNP

Ø Cloud Based certification is an added advantage (Az-900 or AWS Cloud Practitioner)

**Shift Timing Requirements (mandatory)**

Ø Able to cover Flexible working hours/shift patterns as and when required (24*7).
