Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a passion for financial accuracy and leadership? Beach House Pictures is hiring a **Senior Accountant**to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to our organization's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**:Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- **Account Reconciliation**:Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain accurate ledgers and reporting.
- **Audit Coordination**:Collaborate with external auditors and support audit processes with comprehensive documentation.
- **Cost Management**:Identify and implement strategies to optimize costs and maximize revenue.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all financial records adhere to established standards and regulations.
- **Tax Preparation**:Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable tax laws.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**:Manage and reconcile transactions to maintain a balanced general ledger.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Several years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar field.
Leadership experience is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
