Key Job Responsibilities
1. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a Content Calendar.
2. Develop and implement Social Media Strategies (tactics and contents), ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the brand’s direction.
3. Responsible for the creation and curation of content on the relevant social media platforms and other day-to-day activities.
4. Optimize social media channels to increase follower base, drive engagements, and traffic to the website.
5. Identify and work with a network of KOLs.
6. Identify trends and conceptualize creative campaign ideas to engage KOLs.
7. Assist in media monitoring, logístical matters, post-campaign evaluation, and regular report production.
8. General market research to boost brand competitiveness and relevancy.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned.
10. Support and facilitate the development and implementation of all PR & Social Media duties
Minimum Job Requirements
1. A Degree in Media & Communications, Public Relations or related field.
2. At least 1-year of working experience in relevant fields. Prior experience working with KOLs and/or Social Media management will be preferred.
3. Well acquainted with social media platforms, social content marketing, and the PR/KOL marketing function.
4. Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical.
5. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in English, with strong copy vetting and writing skills.
7. Have a good eye for social media visuals and be a proactive self-starter.
8. Team Player with a positive learning attitude and pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
