**What you can expect**

The Insight team manages a dynamic rules engine that provides solutions to produce regulatory reports for the Bank regulators within the Global Markets domain. Regulations include, but are not limited to MiFID2, SFTR, Swiss and TRACE. We have a team of strong developers and business analysts in Singapore and London who can leverage off each other’s expertise and technical skills. We work closely with both the Technology and the Operations teams. Your extensive experience within operations control and risk environments and a knowledge of MiFID2 transaction reporting are critical for the role.

**What you will do**
- You would interact directly with the front office, compliance, and transaction reporting operations to capture and define business and technology requirements related to system enhancements, regulatory updates, and the introduction of new regulations.
- You would manage the book of work in terms of priorities and technology deliveries / deadlines.
- You would assist transaction reporting teams with enquiries and resolving exception breaches.
- You would act as an intermediary between the business, compliance, and technology teams.
- You would contribute to build and enhance regulatory reporting modules used to produce various transaction reports primarily for the EMEA region.
- You would collaborate with global teams to design and build new functionality within the reporting suite.
- You would deliver high quality and robust features that add value to the product.
- You would be able to write test cases for the business and technology teams to ensure all deliverables work efficiently and are thoroughly tested.
