GelatiAmo is hiring
- Provide support to gelato chefs by assisting the daily production of gelato and in-house bakes & pastries.
- Assist with gelato/beverage service to understand quality of gelato & bakes when served and delivered
- Maintain stocks, measuring ingredients, pastry, and adhering to food safety standards.
- Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
- Ensure the products are up to standards.
- Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Back-of-House kitchen, and proper usage and storage of equipment and utensils.

Requirement
- Good motivated attitude
- Attention to details, able to follow instructions, interest in gelato and bakes (e.g. tiramisu, doughnuts).
- Work with great teamwork, punctuality, and independent time management.

We expect our Gelato Kitchen Assistant to have a pleasant attitude with motivation to learn and continuously improve together.
