**Roles & Responsibilities**

JOB DUTIES
- Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.
- Provide training to junior workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills.
- Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.
- Check and cleaning machine
- Maintain machinery and equipment, ensure the machine can operate well
- Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintains safe and clean work environment on the use of all machines, equipment, and tools
- Help on loading and unloading, general work
- Need to perform ad hoc duties as arranged by employer

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under stress
- Able to work early morning start from 6am
- Able to work on weekend
- Able to accpet work overtime
- Able to work under wet and hot environment
- Have at least one year relevant working experience
- Multitasking
- Is a problem solver
