Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor analytics to optimize posting strategies and boost engagement.
- Respond to comments/messages and grow our online community.
- Stay updated on platform trends (e.g., TikTok challenges, Reels) to keep content fresh.

Content Creation & Editing:

- Shoot high-quality photos/videos at events and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Edit visual content (photos, reels, short videos) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visuals.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Proficiency in photography and video editing.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.

Bonus: Experience covering live events or creating short-form video content.

What We Offer

Ranging from : $800-1,200/month (depending on experience).
